That’s why we created a space where stylists, barbers, and spa professionals can grow, learn, and build the independent businesses they’ve always dreamed of.

Signature Salon Pro was founded by Michael and Julie Sesko, a husband-and-wife team with a combined 70+ years of industry experience. Michael, a Master Stylist, Educator and Business Coach, has trained with Graham Webb International, L’Oréal, Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell and many more while Julie is an expert business strategist and coach, helping beauty pros build profitable and sustainable businesses. Together, they’ve mentored stylists from zero to six figures in just 18 months, helped apprentices become celebrity stylists, and supported hundreds of beauty professionals in taking control of their careers.

At our 20,000 sq. ft. facility, we offer both private salon suites, semi-private and open-concept stations, giving beauty pros the flexibility to work the way they want. But we go beyond just space—we offer hands-on education from top industry leaders, expert business coaching, and a collaborative community that lifts each other up.
